The    Quattrolifts    Nomad    is    designed    to    assist glaziers    to    unload,    transport    and    install    glass safely.   It   has   a   lifting   capacity   of   400   Kg's   (880 Lbs).    It    can    rotate    glass    measuring    upto    4400 mm   (180").   It   has   adjustments   to   allow   for   side and top pocket glazing. The   Nomad   is   the   world's   first   patented   labour saving,   cost   effective   device   which   offers   a   safer option   to   the   manual   handling   of   glass,   slate   and board on site. The   Nomad   was   designed   and   developed   by   an Australian      Chiropractor   and   Occupational   Health and   Safety   Consultant,   that   assists   glaziers   with the    installation,    transportation    and    rotation    of glass weighing up to 400 kg (880 lb). ROTATOR ATTACHMENT

ROTATE GLASS EASILY

Every Nomad now comes with the Rotator Attachment (Blue section above) as a standard item.  This allows for a full 360 degree rotation with set 90 degree intervals.  The attachment also allows for increased reach and fast and easy assembly or disassembly to make transporting your Nomad to the worksite easy.

INSTALL LARGE PIECES

UP TO 180 INCHES !

With the Quattrolifts Nomad and some experience, it is possible to install large glass sheets up to 180” on one dimension!

INSTALLATION

The Nomad uses a quick release latch system to easily attach crossbars and assemble the unit quickly at the jobsite.  This makes the Nomad easy to transport even in a small truck.  The diagonal telescopic support bar also features an adustable mechanism to make pocket installations easier by allowing the glass to be shifted sideways during installation.

Optional Outrigger Legs quickly attach to the back side of the Nomad to allow installers to rotate large glass sheets in low ceiling areas .

DURING INSTALLATION

Glazing guides come with each Nomad and assist the installers during installation by helping guide the glass into the window frame channel.
